The Kane County Hospital Board of Trustees provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction for the hospital. Board members represent the community we serve and help ensure that hospital resources, services, and long-term priorities continue to meet the healthcare needs of our region.
Working closely with hospital administration, the Board helps guide important decisions related to quality of care, financial stewardship, facilities, services, growth, and the future of healthcare in our community.
